Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for lifting.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until combined.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in crushed pretzels until evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the pretzel layer.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and refrigerate until firm.
  • Lift out using parchment and cut into bars.

Notes

Press the pretzel layer firmly for clean slices. Chill fully before cutting.
