crushed pretzels

brown sugar

sweetened condensed milk

unsalted butter

vanilla extract

Instructions
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for lifting.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until combined.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in crushed pretzels until evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the pretzel layer.
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and refrigerate until firm.
Lift out using parchment and cut into bars.
Notes
Press the pretzel layer firmly for clean slices. Chill fully before cutting.
