onion, sliced

bell peppers, sliced

Instructions
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Toss steak in marinade and rest 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak in batches until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions and bell peppers until tender and vibrant.
Return steak to pan, toss with vegetables, and heat through.
Warm tortillas and serve steak and vegetables with desired toppings.
Notes
Slice steak against the grain for best tenderness. Adjust spice level to taste.
