Ingredients

  • 2 pieces bay leaves
  • 3 pieces whole cloves
  • 300 ml boiling water

Instructions

  • Place bay leaves and cloves into a heatproof cup.
  • Pour boiling water over the spices.
  • Cover and steep for 30 minutes.
  • Strain and drink warm, preferably before bedtime.
