soy sauce

oyster sauce

Instructions
Slice chicken and prepare vegetables. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden, then remove.
Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté briefly, then add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to pan, add sauce, and stir until coated and slightly thickened.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Best cooked over high heat for crisp vegetables.
