Instructions
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into oval patties.
Brown patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
Place mushrooms in the slow cooker and arrange patties on top.
Pour beef broth over patties, cover, and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
Adjust seasoning, thicken gravy if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Browning patties adds extra flavor but can be skipped.
