Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a large zip-top bag or sealed container.
  • Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Pour marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or container.
  • Refrigerate 2–3 hours for best flavor.
  • Bake or grill at 400°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear.

Marinate for at least 1 1/2 hours for the best flavor and texture.
