Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 oz cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • Pour cranberry sauce over the chicken and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2.5-3.5 hours.
  • Shred or slice chicken and stir into the sauce.
  • Serve warm with sauce spooned over.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by reducing cranberry sauce or adding broth. Great for leftovers and sandwiches.
