Instructions
Grease the slow cooker and place chicken evenly inside.
Pour condensed soup over the chicken.
Add cream cheese cubes on top without stirring.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2.5-3 hours.
Shred chicken and stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
Serve warm over rice, noodles, or potatoes.
Notes
