Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Slice kielbasa into rounds and place in slow cooker.
  • Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard until combined.
  • Pour sauce over kielbasa and stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  • Transfer to baking sheet and broil until caramelized.
  • Serve warm with extra sauce.

Notes

Broiling adds extra caramelization. Adjust sweetness by reducing brown sugar if desired.
