Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup whiskey
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and place in slow cooker.
  • Mix brown sugar, whiskey, and salt until combined.
  • Pour mixture over pork chops, coating evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove pork chops and stir sauce.
  • Spoon glaze over pork chops and serve warm.

Notes

Simmer sauce for a thicker glaze or substitute apple juice for a non-alcoholic version.
