Instructions
Pat pork chops dry and place in slow cooker.
Mix brown sugar, whiskey, and salt until combined.
Pour mixture over pork chops, coating evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Remove pork chops and stir sauce.
Spoon glaze over pork chops and serve warm.
Notes
Simmer sauce for a thicker glaze or substitute apple juice for a non-alcoholic version.
