Instructions
Place chicken in an even layer in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
Add cream cheese cubes on top without stirring.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
Shred chicken and stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
Serve warm over rice, pasta, or in sandwiches.
Notes
Add cheddar and bacon for a richer version or broth for a thinner sauce.
