unsalted butter melted
Instructions
Grease the slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
Spread sliced onions evenly on the bottom.
Layer frozen pierogies over the onions.
Add sliced sausage on top of the pierogies.
Pour melted butter evenly over everything.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours until tender.
Stir gently, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
Notes
Reduce butter for a lighter version or add mustard for extra flavor depth.
