Instructions
Place diced ham in the slow cooker and top with peas.
Pour chicken broth over and ensure ingredients are mostly submerged.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-2.5 hours.
Stir in egg noodles 30-40 minutes before serving.
Cook on HIGH until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and stir in cream until smooth.
Let sit briefly to thicken, then serve warm.
Notes
Add noodles near the end to avoid overcooking. Stir in butter for extra richness if desired.
