Ingredients

  • 2-2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard whole grain
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in an even layer in the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over chicken and coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2.5-3 hours.
  • Shred chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve warm with sauce over rice, potatoes, or noodles.

Notes

Add cream at the end for best texture. Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness if desired.
