Instructions
Place chicken breasts in an even layer in the slow cooker.
Whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.
Pour mixture over chicken and coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2.5-3 hours.
Shred chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 15-20 minutes until heated through.
Serve warm with sauce over rice, potatoes, or noodles.
Notes
Add cream at the end for best texture. Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness if desired.
