Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour, cooking for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in warm milk and simmer until thickened.
Stir in salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
Mix chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer sauce, noodles, chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, and repeat.
Top with noodles, remaining sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
