Ingredients

Instructions

  • Warm heavy cream in the microwave for 2–3 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk warm cream into melted chocolate until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  • Add vanilla and whip until light, fluffy, and stiff peaks form.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
