Instructions
Microwave white chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring between each.
Warm heavy cream in the microwave for 2–3 minutes.
Slowly whisk warm cream into melted chocolate until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Add vanilla and whip until light, fluffy, and stiff peaks form.
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Notes
Chill the mixture thoroughly for at least 8 hours to ensure it whips properly.
