oil or butter (for brushing)
Instructions
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all spices until smooth.
Make deep cuts in chicken and coat thoroughly with marinade.
Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 400°F for 30–40 minutes, turning halfway through.
Brush with oil or butter and cook until slightly charred before serving.
Notes
Marinate overnight for best flavor and broil briefly for a smoky finish.
