Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 lb fries
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce

  • 2 eggs

  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Soak chicken in buttermilk, then coat with flour, breadcrumbs, and spices.
  • Cook fries until golden and crispy, then season with salt.
  • Fry chicken at 350°F for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Prepare salad base with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onion, cheese, and sliced eggs.
  • Top with fries and sliced chicken, drizzle dressing, and serve immediately.
