Instructions
Season chicken with olive oil and spices, then grill for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Boil eggs for 7 minutes, transfer to ice water, peel, and slice in half.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
Top salad with sliced chicken and jammy eggs.
Whisk dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad before serving.
Notes
Keep dressing separate for meal prep and add just before serving.
