Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp garlic sauce

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and ginger garlic paste until smooth.
  • Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add chicken strips and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  • Cook chicken in a hot skillet with oil for 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  • Garnish with parsley and drizzle garlic sauce before serving.

Notes

Marinate longer for deeper flavor and serve with garlic sauce for best results.
