Instructions
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and ginger garlic paste until smooth.
Add paprika, chili powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Add chicken strips and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Cook chicken in a hot skillet with oil for 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Garnish with parsley and drizzle garlic sauce before serving.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor and serve with garlic sauce for best results.
