Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups oil for frying
  • 3 cups thick-cut French fries
  • 0.5 tsp seasoned salt
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.25 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.25 cup ranch or honey mustard dressing

Instructions

  • Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fry until golden and cooked through, then rest and slice.
  • Cook fries until crispy and toss with seasoned salt and smoked paprika.
  • Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, and carrots in a large bowl.
  • Top with hot fries and sliced chicken.
  • Drizzle dressing over the bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble just before serving to keep fries and chicken crispy. Use air fryer for a lighter option.
