  • 1.25 cups cold whole milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 14 pieces peanut butter cups, quartered
  • 1 cup halved Reese’s minis
  • 1.5 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup whole Reese’s minis for garnish
  • 1 package cookies for dipping

Instructions
