Ingredients

  • 1 box refrigerated pie crusts
  • 10 oz apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp coarse sugar
  • 0.66 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Mix apple pie filling with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Cut pie dough into circles, add filling, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  • Brush with egg wash, sprinkle coarse sugar, and cut small slits on top.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze and serve.

Notes

Do not overfill pies and seal edges well to prevent leaks. Adjust glaze thickness as desired.
