Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 4 pieces smoked sausages
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Pan-fry sliced potatoes in olive oil until golden and crispy. Season and set aside.
  • Cook sausages in the same pan until caramelized.
  • Season and cook chicken in butter and olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  • Sear steak strips over high heat, then add garlic and butter for flavor.
  • Assemble platter with rice, meats, potatoes, and tomatoes. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use high heat for searing meats and avoid overcrowding the pan for best results.
