Instructions
Pan-fry sliced potatoes in olive oil until golden and crispy. Season and set aside.
Cook sausages in the same pan until caramelized.
Season and cook chicken in butter and olive oil until golden and cooked through.
Sear steak strips over high heat, then add garlic and butter for flavor.
Assemble platter with rice, meats, potatoes, and tomatoes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
