Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook briefly to release flavor.
Pour in cream, add Parmesan, seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer gently.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Toss spaghetti with sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Season and serve.
Notes
Reserve pasta water to help create a smooth, silky sauce that coats the spaghetti perfectly.
