Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and bake cinnamon rolls for 12–15 minutes until golden. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook diced potatoes with seasonings for 15–20 minutes until crispy.
  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter over medium-low heat, stirring gently until fluffy.
  • Plate cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, and home fries together and serve warm.
