Instructions
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice and heavy cream, then mix until creamy.
Pour filling into crust. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and swirl gently with a knife.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes until just set.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Chill overnight for best texture and flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
