Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice and heavy cream, then mix until creamy.
  • Pour filling into crust. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes until just set.
  • Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
