Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
Sauté spinach with butter, garlic, and chili flakes until wilted.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a skillet. Season salmon and cook 4–5 minutes per side. Add sauce and let it caramelize.
Serve salmon with potatoes, greens, avocado, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding potatoes and cook salmon fresh for optimal texture.
