Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 0.5 avocado, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  • Sauté spinach with butter, garlic, and chili flakes until wilted.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes to create the sauce.
  • Heat oil in a skillet. Season salmon and cook 4–5 minutes per side. Add sauce and let it caramelize.
  • Serve salmon with potatoes, greens, avocado, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding potatoes and cook salmon fresh for optimal texture.
