Instructions
Heat butter in a skillet. Add garlic and rice, then stir in soy sauce, peas, and scrambled egg.
Season steak and sear in a hot skillet for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook shrimp with onion, zucchini, and red pepper until shrimp turns pink.
Add sesame oil and soy sauce, then return steak to the pan and toss everything together.
Serve fried rice with steak and shrimp mixture in a bowl.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and cook on high heat for authentic hibachi flavor.
