Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 breakfast sausage links
  • 2 medium potatoes diced

  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 croissants

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning, then roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Cook sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  • Whisk eggs with milk. Cook slowly in butter over low heat while stirring for creamy scrambled eggs.
  • Warm croissants in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • Assemble plate with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and croissants. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Cook eggs on low heat for best texture and avoid overcrowding potatoes while roasting.
