Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil and seasoning, then roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cook sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned.
Whisk eggs with milk. Cook slowly in butter over low heat while stirring for creamy scrambled eggs.
Warm croissants in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes.
