Instructions
Toast bread until golden and crisp.
Mash avocado with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then spread on toast and top with spinach.
Whisk eggs with milk, then cook in butter over low heat, stirring slowly until soft and creamy.
Prepare strawberries by rinsing and slicing.
Serve everything together and garnish as desired.
Notes
Cook eggs on low heat for best texture. Add lemon juice to avocado to prevent browning.
