Ingredients

  • 16 oz rotini pasta
  • 13 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 red onion, diced
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Whisk ranch mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely.
  • Combine pasta, bacon, onion, cheese, avocado, tomatoes, parsley, and lettuce in a large bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Add lettuce just before serving to keep it crisp. Chill dressing for best flavor.
