Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with beer while whisking until smooth.
Add garlic salt, paprika, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the dip becomes smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with bacon crumbles and extra cheese.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best results. Adjust consistency with extra beer if needed.
