Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz beer
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • bacon crumbles
  • extra shredded cheese

Instructions

  • In a pan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with beer while whisking until smooth.
  • Add garlic salt, paprika, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the dip becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and top with bacon crumbles and extra cheese.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best results. Adjust consistency with extra beer if needed.
