Ingredients

  • 300 g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups potato bites or roasted potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 piece onion, chopped
  • 1/2 piece red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 piece green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Season beef with black pepper and a splash of soy sauce and let sit briefly.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef over high heat until browned.
  • Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes and stir until glossy.
  • Cook potato bites at 400°F (200°C) until crispy and golden.
  • Serve steak with potatoes and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Add sesame oil or sesame seeds for extra flavor. Serve over rice or noodles for a heartier meal.
