Instructions
Season beef with black pepper and a splash of soy sauce and let sit briefly.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef over high heat until browned.
Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and chili flakes and stir until glossy.
Cook potato bites at 400°F (200°C) until crispy and golden.
Serve steak with potatoes and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Add sesame oil or sesame seeds for extra flavor. Serve over rice or noodles for a heartier meal.
