Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken with oil, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Brush chicken with honey and extra soy sauce, then bake for another 10 minutes.
In a skillet, melt butter and cook corn, then stir in cooked rice and seasonings.
Serve chicken with corn rice and garnish with herbs.
Notes
Add lemon juice or sesame seeds for extra flavor and texture.
