Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 21 oz fruit pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  • Spread a layer of crushed graham crackers in the bottom of a serving bowl or dish.
  • Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs and smooth evenly.
  • Spoon fruit pie filling over the cream layer.
  • Repeat layers if desired, finishing with fruit filling on top.
  • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill for at least 2 hours so the layers set properly. You can substitute different fruit pie fillings to create new flavor variations.
