Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter and beat until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon to make the swirl mixture.
Drop spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture across the cake batter.
Use a knife to swirl the mixture through the batter.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Cool the cake for 15–20 minutes.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
Pour glaze over the warm cake and spread evenly.
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Serve warm with coffee for the ultimate breakfast or dessert treat.
