Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 package fudge brownie mix
  • 2 packages miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (13 oz each)
  • 4 cups cold 2% milk
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix (5.1 oz each)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 containers Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz each)

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9×12-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool the brownies completely and cut into ¾-inch cubes.
  • Cut miniature Reese’s cups in half, reserving some for garnish.
  • Whisk milk and pudding mix together until thickened.
  • Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in 1½ containers of Cool Whip until light and creamy.
  • Layer brownies, Reese’s cups, and pudding mixture in a trifle bowl. Repeat layers three times.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over the top and garnish with reserved Reese’s cups.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving.

Notes

Chill the trifle for at least 1–2 hours before serving for the best texture and flavor.
