baby potatoes

asparagus, trimmed

olive oil

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh parsley, chopped

paprika
salt and black pepper to taste

tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until beginning to crisp.
Mix garlic, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the garlic herb mixture over the salmon fillets.
Add asparagus to the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Place salmon on the tray with the potatoes and asparagus.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
Serve salmon with roasted potatoes and asparagus and drizzle extra garlic herb oil on top.
Notes
Add lemon slices or sprinkle Parmesan on the asparagus for extra flavor.
