Instructions
Place a folded kitchen towel at the bottom of a slow cooker.
Grease ramekins lightly and place them on the towel inside the slow cooker.
Whisk eggs and sugar until smooth and slightly lighter in color.
Slowly whisk in the milk until fully combined.
Divide the mixture among ramekins leaving a little space at the top.
Pour hot water into the slow cooker around the ramekins until halfway up their sides.
Place a towel under the lid and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until mostly set.
Cool to room temperature then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Chill the custard for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
