Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (18-19 oz)
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker and line with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the dry brownie mix and melted butter.
  • Pour in the Irish cream liqueur and mix until a smooth thick batter forms.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared slow cooker.
  • Place a kitchen towel under the slow cooker lid to absorb condensation.
  • Cook on LOW for 2½ to 3½ hours until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  • Allow brownies to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Place a towel under the slow cooker lid to absorb moisture and keep the brownies from becoming soggy.
