Ingredients
2-2.5
pounds
thick-cut bone-in pork chops
1/2
cup
Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
1/2
cup
honey
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and trim excess fat if needed.
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray if desired.
Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Pour the honey mustard mixture over the pork chops and turn once to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until pork is tender.
Remove pork chops carefully using tongs or a spatula.
If desired, cook the sauce uncovered on HIGH for 10–15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Spoon the sauce over the pork chops and serve hot.
Notes
Use thick-cut bone-in pork chops for the best tenderness. For a thicker glaze, cook the sauce uncovered on HIGH for 10–15 minutes before serving.
