Ingredients

beef sausage

potatoes, diced

heavy cream

onion, diced

red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
In the same pot, cook the beef sausage until browned.
Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft and fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and add diced potatoes and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes become tender.
Stir in the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
Add the heavy cream and crumbled turkey bacon. Stir well and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the red pepper flakes to control the spice level. Serve with crusty bread or garlic bread for a complete meal.
