ripe pears

mixed berries

honey

walnuts, chopped

blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores using a spoon or melon baller.
Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
Top each pear half with mixed berries.
Drizzle honey evenly over the pears and berries.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese over the pears.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the pears are soft and fragrant.
Serve warm and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
Notes
Use ripe but firm pears for best results. Bartlett or Williams pears work particularly well. Serve warm with extra honey if desired.
