extra lime juice for garnish

Instructions
Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl with garlic, cilantro, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss to coat.
Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked.
Mash avocado with lime juice and salt until smooth and creamy.
Spread avocado mixture onto cucumber slices.
Place one shrimp on top of each cucumber slice.
Garnish with lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
