Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop iceberg lettuce and place in a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Add peas, Swiss cheese, and green onions.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  • Top with bacon bits, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
