Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp sugar
  • 1 spray cooking oil spray

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Stack tortillas and cut into 6–8 wedges using a pizza cutter.
  • Place tortilla wedges in a large bowl and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  • Sprinkle seasoning over the wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange chips in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 3 minutes, then shake or flip the chips.
  • Cook another 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
