sirloin steak cut into bite-size cubes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread on a baking sheet. Roast 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté green beans with salt and pepper for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes and sear 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked to preferred doneness. Remove from pan.
In the same skillet melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Sprinkle paprika and parsley over shrimp while cooking.
Plate roasted potatoes, green beans, steak bites, and garlic butter shrimp. Spoon remaining garlic butter sauce over top.
Finish with fresh lemon juice if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Add Parmesan over the potatoes or finish the steak with a pat of butter for extra richness.
