  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-size cubes
  • 8-10 large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1.5 cups baby potatoes
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté green beans with salt and pepper for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes and sear 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked to preferred doneness. Remove from pan.
  • In the same skillet melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  • Sprinkle paprika and parsley over shrimp while cooking.
  • Plate roasted potatoes, green beans, steak bites, and garlic butter shrimp. Spoon remaining garlic butter sauce over top.
  • Finish with fresh lemon juice if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Add Parmesan over the potatoes or finish the steak with a pat of butter for extra richness.
