Instructions
Combine chopped celery, golden raisins, pecans, and sliced shallot in a large bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Let the salad rest for 20 minutes so the flavors blend.
Add grated Parmesan cheese just before serving and toss gently.
