Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
Pour in heavy cream and honey and stir well.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve warm.
Notes
Fresh corn gives the best flavor, but frozen corn works well as a substitute.
