Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  • Pour in heavy cream and honey and stir well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Fresh corn gives the best flavor, but frozen corn works well as a substitute.
